Lost Paws Rescue of Texas Dog and Cat Adoption Applications
Lost Paws Rescue of Texas Volunteer Form

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas - Vet Expanses include current shots, spay-neuter; feline leukemia or heartworm testing.
Our regular vet expanses include current shots, spay/neuter, feline leukemia or heartworm test; and medical treatment if required.

Pet Adoption Adoption Fee

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas does have an adoption fee when you adopt one of our dogs or cats.

Our adoption fee helps defray veterinarian expenses.

The regular vet expanses Lost Paws Rescue of Texas supports include current shots, spay or neuter and feline leukemia or heartworm test. Medical treatment is provided, if required.

It is not unusual for a pet in our care to need significant veterinary treatment; including flea prevention, de-worming – and in some cases heartworm treatment. These expenses add up quickly and our minimal adoption fee helps to defray costs and provide for the next rescue.

If you need to know how to prepare for your new pet, click here for cats and here for dogs.

Our Adoption Process

Our adoption process starts with you filing our Pet Adoption Application. Click on the Pet Adoption Form link below to access the form.

Why Do We Need the Info in the Adoption Form?

The more information we have, the better we can match your requirements with the right dog and or cat. At Lost Paws Rescue of Texas, we realize one of the most important aspects of any successful adoption is pairing the pet with the right forever home.

If you have seen a dog or cat on our website that you would like to meet, please indicate that in your application. However please realize that any particular animal may already be pending an adoption by another adoptee.

After we receive your Adoption Application – you will receive an email within a few days from our adoption coordinator.
