Dog and Cat Adoptions Process:
1. Go to the Dog Adoptions page or Cat Adoptions page to view the dogs and cats available for adoption.
2. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs or cats, go to our Pet Adoption Forms page to find all details of our pet adoption process.
3. Submit your Pet Adoption Application as soon as possible. We approve potential adopters based on the most qualified and earliest received. Most dogs at the adoption events have pre-approved adopters coming to meet them – although there will be several others available for adoption at our events.
4. After your Pet Adoption Form has been reviewed and approved, Lost Paws Rescue of Texas will be in contact with you to discuss further.
5. Now is a great time to foster a dog or cat so that we can assist shelters by taking more animals into our care. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a foster home.
