Lost Paws Rescue of Texas Donations Wishlist

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas
Donations Wishlist

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
We are all volunteer – 100% of donations go to dog and cat rescue.
We are a no kill rescue group, operating solely on donations.

Our Material Donations Wishlist

Another important way to help support the Lost Paws is to donate items on our Wishlist.
Because we are supported 100% by program fees and donations, receiving in-kind donations on the list below allows us to channel the cash to more medical care, food and supplies for the animals.

Any support you or your company could offer would be greatly appreciated and extend our mission even more.

MOST URGENT NEED

UPDATED May 2021:
Weekly/Monthly Cleaning Supplies

Anti-bacterial wipes, bleach, detergent, paper towels, incontinence pads (for the puppy litters)

If your company hosts a cleaning supplies drive at your place of work in the DFW area,
we could facilitate collection of your donations in our vehicle.

Contact Us to arrange a donation pickup at your location.

  • Dog/cat beds (small, med, large)
  • Puppy food (Purina ONE Smart Blend Natural Puppy dog food)
  • Incontinence bed pads for adults (these are reusable.  They are for the puppy pools and are changed 3-4 times per day).

Other Ways to Help Lost Paws Rescue of Texas

  • If your company holds a community service day – we would love to be selected and receive the free labor at our foster farm in Collin County.
  • If your company does matching donations, we will eagerly participate in the set up and gladly accept all company donations.
  • Youth organizations who need community service projects – we would love to partner with you any way possible.
  • If you are 16 or older and looking to volunteer for college prep – we’d love to have you volunteer with us at events (with a parent).
  • Host a North Texas Giving Day Fundraiser for us.  We can give you ideas for small fundraising goals.

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas – History

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas is an all volunteer 501(c)3 charity whose sole mission is to rescue abandoned dogs and cats in order to give them a second chance for a new life.

We receive dogs and cats from shelters across Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. They also come to us from owner surrender situations; as part of animal cruelty seizure cases; and from breeder releases. We take in dogs and cats with unknown medical conditions and work to get them well enough for adoption.

Our story began 15 years ago when the founder, Yvette Garza, decided she would do something we all probably think about...she would “make a difference”.

Her love since childhood was animals - so animals it was. So, with $150, a foster dog and cat, she started her charity. And in 2020, 8000+ adoptees later - she is still just as passionate about giving these former unwanted little creatures a good life.

Yvette is proof that one person can change a life...or 8000.

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas

Lost Paws Rescue of Texas serves North Texas in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties. Our mission is to prevent animal suffering, animal cruelty and to help educate the public about spaying and neutering their pets as well - as responsible pet ownership.

Since 2005, we have helped over 7000 homeless dogs and cats in the Dallas-Fort Worth area find permanent, loving forever homes. We have dog and cat adoptions weekly.
